How to initiate a return:

- Provide your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- We will send you instructions for returning the product(s). Please ensure the item is securely packed to prevent damage during the return shipment.
Return shipping costs:
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error in processing your order.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of the returned item.
2. Refunds
Once your returned item(s) are received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
Refund eligibility:
- A full refund will be issued for returns that meet our return policy conditions.
- If the returned product is damaged or missing parts, a partial refund may be issued depending on the condition of the item.
Please note:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
